دواعي الاستعمال

علاج ومنع نقص فيتامين د3، دعم صحة العظام والأسنان، المساعدة في امتصاص الكالسيوم والفوسفور، الوقاية من الكساح وهشاشة العظام.

الجرعات

البالغين: 1000-2000 وحدة دولية يومياً. الأطفال (1-18 سنة): 600-1000 وحدة دولية يومياً. الرضع (أقل من سنة): 400 وحدة دولية يومياً. كبار السن: 800-2000 وحدة دولية يومياً مع مراقبة مستويات فيتامين د في الدم.

إرشادات الاستخدام

يؤخذ القرص مع وجبة تحتوي على دهون لتحسين الامتصاص. عدم تجاوز الجرعة الموصوفة دون استشارة الطبيب. مراقبة مستويات الكالسيوم وفيتامين د في الدم عند الاستخدام طويل الأمد.

الآثار الجانبية المحتملة

فرط كالسيوم الدم (في حالات الجرعات الزائدة)، الغثيان، القيء، الإمساك، فقدان الشهية، العطش الشديد، التبول المتكرر، الضعف العام، الدوخة.

موانع الاستعمال

فرط الحساسية لفيتامين د3، فرط كالسيوم الدم، فرط فيتامين د، أمراض الكلى الحادة، حصوات الكالسيوم في الكلى.

التفاعلات الدوائية

مدرات البول الثيازيدية (تزيد من خطر فرط كالسيوم الدم)، الكورتيكوستيرويدات (تقليل امتصاص فيتامين د)، مضادات الحموضة المحتوية على الألومنيوم (زيادة سمية الألومنيوم)، الفينيتوين والباربيتورات (تقليل فعالية فيتامين د).

ظروف التخزين

يحفظ في درجة حرارة لا تتجاوز 25 مئوية، بعيداً عن الرطوبة والضوء المباشر. يحفظ بعيداً عن متناول الأطفال.
